My computer restarts by it self

I have a new computer, everything works perfectly, but
when I fore example, starts a game, playing it fore about
5-10 minuter, my computer just turn off, and restart.

Please help me

(Im not very god in English, hope you understand what I
mean)
 
Check your task manager by using Ctrl+Alt+Del, close any unnecessary
programs and processes, try it again.

If that doesnt help, it may be a hardware problem, such as the
CPU/motherboard/graphics card overheating, try increasing airflow inside
your case by installing new/bigger ventiliation fans. Search Google for a
program called "Motherboard Monitior" (MBM) which can monitor your system
temperatures and fan speed(s).
