My computer randomly restarts

It has been doing this since I reformatted my harddrive
about two weeks ago. In the events log of my system it
gives the error Source as Service Control Manager
the event ID: 7000
and a Description The SetupNT service failed to start due
to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified. My computer has
never done this before the reformat, and the errors seem
to coincide with ATI Smart's attempts to run.

Hi,
got to desktop-->My Computer--> Properties--> Advanced-->Start up and
Recovery

Deactivate 'Automatically Reboot' here. You will now get a BSOD instead of
restarting which although cryptic in itself should help you further in
tracking down whats causing the system to fail.
