my computer properties is not opening

Dear all,

can u plz help me out my computer properties is not opeing,let me explain
when i right click on my computer then go to properties it should display
system properties but it do not show anything its just come back on normal
desktop.
I alredy check from control panel and then system properties same thing will
happen.

Check if you have the same behavior under safe mode. Also try the following

1) Go to http://safety.live.com and do a full system scan to ensure the
system is not infected

2) Run msconfig and disable all non microsoft services list under services
tab. Also do the same thing for the items listed under startup applications
tab. and reboot

3) Try again and if the issue persists, Run following from command prompt
sfc /purgecache
sfc /scannow

3) Reboot the system and try again.
