My computer links in Windows Explorer don't work

I run Win2000 professional SP4. I set folder options to
show web content. The My Computer, My Documents, and My
Network Places links in the left of the folder window have
quit working and I don't know why. They work on my laptop
which also runs Win2000 Professional. Anyone understand
this?

i would like to say that i am having the same problem. in addition, my control panel and "find files" feature does not work as well. i cannot find any help with this anywhere. thanks in advance.
