My computer is FULL! of add software from the internet HELP

my computer has been really slow lately can you please
make some suggestions on how to fix it!
It seems that all of the adds are slowing down my
computer.

Do you ever delete you temporary internet files or history? I run a program
called Window Washer that routinely cleans up a lot of space on my hard
drive.

Get Adaware or Spybot Search and Destroy, it will remove allt hat spyware
and adware from your computer. They are free to use.
Also, goto Tools/Internet Options in Internet Explorer and clean out your
Temporary INternet Files and History!!!!

My all-time favorite (freeware) is called Empty Temp folders. it is just
like webwasher but free and a smaller footprint.

Another way to make your computer faster is to run "disk defragmenter" (start menu > all programs > accessories > system tools > disk defragmenter) on a regular basis. It organizes and cleans up your computer so that may help it run faster. Another way to get rid of excess stuff on your computer is if you have Norton Systemworks, there's an option for CleanSweep which find loose garbage and gets rid of it.
