My computer freezes all the time

Whats up eveyone?

My computer freezes all the time for no reason known to me.
It freezes when I load up at the choose a user screen, if
I'm lucky it waits until I'm on the desktop and freezes
when I start to do something whether it be type a report,
chat online, play games, surf the web, etc... I'm really
lucky if I can do something for 30 minutes without it freezing.

What might this be and how can I fix it thanks.

Also at shutdown it takes about 2minutes and during shut
down it will popup with:

End Program
Ezula.app or QjlQXge9.exe

Is there anything I can do to help this problem?

I can't find any information on those 2 files at all? Try to identify them
by searching for the 2 files. Once found, right click the files and select
Properties/Version Tab. This should show which program they are associated
with.

Post back the results.

QjlQXge9.exe ?? What sort of name is that? Sounds like the file was generated
by another app. I know that everything Ezula is the lowest of the low adware/spyware
and gets installed along with Gozilla, but it is unlikely to cause system lockups. You could
try cleaning up XP anyway. Boot up into SafeMode with networking enabled. Download
Ad-Aware from http://www.lavasoft.nu/support/download/ Upon running it, select "Check
for Updates" before starting the scan.

If you even get locks-ups in safe-mode then get someone to install MemTest86
(www.memtest86.com) on a diskette for you and boot off it. There's a good
chance the RAM is stuffed.


BTW, to get into Safe-Mode, press F8 immediately after the BIOS messages appear
during boot-up. The "Advanced Options" menu will appear. Select "Safe mode with
Networking."

The files were found in a folder in program files labeled
eZula. they were tied in with "mmod". I deleted them and I
still have both problems except no popup with ezula.app or
QjlQXge9.exe. Now I get one that has comwiz.exe which is in
programfiles/commonname/toolbar/comwiz.exe

Another infestation. In the commonname folder look for a file
named Uninstall and follow the instructions within.
