"My Computer folder"

Can anyone tell me how to locate the "My Computer" folder?
Mine is corrupt (I get a not responding ) error and i want
to replace it from a backup of a week ago. Thanks

When you click on the My Computer folder icon in Windows Explorer, or on
your desktop, Windows quits responding? It just sits there and then gives
you the error after a few minutes? It should be readily apparent when you
open your backup, along with the Desktop and C: drive.
