my computer doesnt display my printer

my computer wouldnt print said no printer, every time I try something like
installing, the message states "no print spoolers" It seems like it is trying
to pretend its a networked printer, say in an office, or maybe networked on
the internet.
I really need to print stuff for work, Its not a driver i think because i
cant even install one with out that message coming up.

one of yall knows this . bet its hackers somehow.
