My comp turns itself on???

At a certain time every morning round 9, my computer will turn itself on...
is it supposed to do that?
and how do i stop it?

Ask your self these questions:
1) Is your computer connected to the Internet?
2) Is your motherboard enabled to "Wake on LAN"?
(Start your BIOS setup program, and check for any settings to "Wake on LAN".
If it is set to Wake on LAN, disable this setting. Don't forget to save the
new settings.)
