My comments

When you hover your pointer over a file, it should display whatever is in its comments value, or its location on the computer. But it doesn't do it anymore for me. Does anyone know if there is some sort of setting for XP Pro to turn comments on or off? The comments can really be helpful sometimes when files have similar long names.
