my CD-Rom drive

Yesterday i was downloading some songs from my CD's onto
my computer but after a while i would put a disc in and it
wouldnt read it. I thought maybe it was jsut the disc but
now my CD-Rom drive wont read any sort of disc, can anyone
please help me?
 
Did you allow it to cool, most devices aren't designed for
high duty cycles.

It probably has burnt out.

.Try reinstalling the cd drivers
