My Canon i860 prints look terrible

Hope someone can help out here..canon tech support wants $9.99 to talk to
them.
Just 2 weeks ago I noticed my Blacks were looking off (not black but green
tint). I have done the cleaning heads and the deep clean cycles several
times but still green looking blacks. Has anyone here had that problem or
similar symptoms?

Run the nozzle check and see the pure colors (C M Y 6B and 3B) areas.
If they are okey it's a software problem.
If they are not, you got a serious problem, or a faulty ink (wich it could
be in both cases).

never heard they charge for anything. and they answer emails as well.
