my camera is not recognized by computer.

I believe the "mscoree.dll." file I lost is preventing me
from being recognized. I dumped "office professional 2000"
cause it kept coming up during kazaa, etc.
That's when I started seeing error on "mscoree.dll."
(DotNetInstaller.exe").

How is this realted to Outlook?

Anyway; reinstall the .NET framework (including updates) and try again.
