What happens when you try? What's your Outlook version? Where is your delivery location (Exchange mailbox or PST)?

G Guest Dec 7, 2005 #3 I finally was able to unlock whatever had it locked up. I ran the detect and repair function 3 times and then completely shut down and restarted my computer. It worked and all is well.
