When I am on the internet, the windows flag stops moving
and I cannot get off the page or get the hot spots to
respond to pointer. The msg comes back program not
responding. The only way to get control is to disconnect
from ISP and connect again and go to page. It will work
for awhile and than freezes up again. What's wrong?

Thanks,Marty

You may want to try resetting the size of your "Temporary
Internet Files" Folder. Go to the Tools menu and click on
Internet Options. In the middle of the "General" tab there
is a section called Temporary Internet files. Click on the
Settings button and move the slider to the right (under
"Amount of disk space to use." Try making it at least 750
MB, more if you are often using IE for long stretches at a
time. It won't prevent IE from crashing all the time, but
it helps a lot.
