my battery will only charge to 77%

my batterry will only charge to 77%, and there is an
orange flashing light where there is a power supply icon.
what should i do???

Try to completely discharge and completely recharge several times. Batteries, depending on what type, need to be completely discharged and completely recharged not partially dis/recharged for maximun life. Your manual should have told you this.
