What type of keyboard do you have? Your language settings must match
this.

Do the keys not work at all, or do they produce different results
thatn what you expect?

Yes all the keys work but some produce different results, do you how to
correct this (sorry question mark is one of them)

Try a different English Regional setting in the Control Panel.
Like changing from English ( Canada) to English(United States) or
English(United Kingdom)
