my auto start doesnt work anymore

when i got my cpu the autostart worked now it doesnt even work with cd aUDIO SOMETHINS WRONG I DONT KNOW WHAT I TRIED ALL THE BASICS HELP ME PLEASE ANY SUGGESATIONS WRITE BACK OR PLEASE EMAIL ME AT (e-mail address removed) THANK
