My 'Attachment' icon doesn't appear while send message in Outlook2

My 'Attachment' icon doesn't appear when I want to send a message in Outlook
2003. How do I get the Attachment clip to show up??Please advise. Thanks!
 
There should be a paperclip button in the Standard toolbar of the message
window. Is your Standard Toolbar selected?
