My Advanced Email Options are blurred out - outlook 2003

Please help. I am trying to turn on the Auto Completion of Email address in
the To,Cc,Bcc. So i went to Tools>Options>Email Options>Advanced Email
Options. All the options in the section 'when sending a message' is BLURRED
out. Please advice. Thanks alot
