My active X controls are not there ..

-allow active content from CDs to run in My Computer
-allow active content from my files to run in My Computer

I dont have these 2 lines on the explorer. update says no newer
version.

Everytime i work on web pages in my computer i have a warning .

Any ideas how can i get these 2 lines where they supposed to be which
i believe should be

internet options -advanced - under security paragraf.

Does anyone can help please ?
