My Account B is not working

I have created two separate e-mail accounts in my Microsoft Outlook 2007
(e.g. account A and account B). It seems that the messages that people send
me at account B go to the inbox of account A. How can I fix this?

Do you access the same server with the same username and password for these
two accounts?
