I had to reformat my hard drive and Used a maxter program
to help me reinstall XP. it's the only way I could get in
as a dll. to load windows was missing.
I accidently clicked on a section that basically
partitioned my hard drive so my readings are 1.99GB and it
won't hold any more and programs that need space cannot
load up.
I hope someone can tell me how to reformat to get that
partition out or go into CMOS and change the settings or
whatever. I'm open for good advice.
Thank you, Ray

It seems that this is a problem with the partitions you have and not with
the BIOS. When you say Maxter program, are you talking about MasterBlast? If
so, you should be able to reformat just by inserting that cd and running
that program again, but choose the 20 GBs this time. If you can get a copy
of Partition Magic or Partition Commander will be great, these are easy to
use and you can play with the partition even if your hard drive has data on
it. If not try runing FDISK, the rest of the hard drive may still be in
FAT32 file system.
