As a convert from Lotus Organizer I am still finding my way about Outlook,
but
generally I'm quite pleased.
However I have been a frequent user of "Find" on Organizer to review all
past and future occurrences of a frequent appointment but which is NOT a
recurring one (i.e. it is regularly arranged but on an ad hoc basis). In
Outlook so far I have been disappointed because from the list view which
opens when I invoke the command there does not seem to be a shortcut method
for going direct to a given selection from that list in work week view. I
have to open the week view and then scroll to the date or use the go to
command - a whole series of clicks and selections.
In Organizer I could simply right click on a given item from the list and
choose to goto that appointment in the week at a glance view.
Am I just overlooking something which is in fact available in Outlook? I
have found that often happens until you find your way around.
