Yes, congratulations, Jimmy!

Does a "Microsoft MVP - Windows Shell/User" have any influence getting
bugs in the Vista Shell fixed?

I have found lots of "little" things that do not work as they should (or
as I think they should) but I was unable to get any traction on them
during the beta.

Maybe, maybe not.
It depends on who the MVP has for Microsoft contacts.

But first verify they are not "By design".
Also try to verify if they are a driver or 3rd party software issue, both of
which are out of Microsoft control.

Thank YOU, Jeff! Looks like your campaigning paid off, lol. I appreciate the
support from you and everyone here in the forums, including the MVP(s) and
those from MS who nominated me :).

I'm still trying to sort thru everything that comes with being an MVP... but
so far I've found a tremendous amount of resources now available to me that
will allow me to be more helpful here :).

I hope so!

So did I. And some I wouldn't necessarily consider "little".

You will if you participate in the private MVP chats with the shell team.
They listen closely to their MVP's.

Navigate to the MVP Events Calendar page and sift through the upcoming MVP
webcasts. One of them later this month is the MVP orientation webcast. It
is usually very good.

Huh?
Helpful in HERE???
Umm,
I didn't get THAT e-mail,
it'sback to file management/admin accounts for you-LOL
