C Cari \(MS-MVP\) Aug 5, 2003 #2 Canon printers are very fussy about having their software installed BEFORE the unit is connected to the PC, so if you've already tried connecting it, run a complete uninstall first: http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article One.htm Download a new set of drivers from the Canon website at: http://tinyurl.com/6rpu If you have broadband, there's a single set of drivers XPC555... if you have dial up, there's 9 separate smaller files to download. Install the software and do NOT connect the unit until the software tells you to do so. Cari www.coribright.com
