I want to upgrade to Outlook 2003 but the install disk states that I have to
remove 2002 first. Will I lose all of my 2002 data and will my pocket PC have
to be reconfigured to work with the 2003

outlook 2003 will remove it during installation. None of your files should
be replaced, but it's a good idea to back up the pst first. You may need to
reinstall or repair Active Sync, but none of the settings should removed.
