Can someone help? I have a Jukebox mp3 player. Trying to
download mp3s to device, but software generating a
message - "Access violation at address 51086BAC in
module 'Audiophile.exe' Read of address 00004F90"
Does anyone know what this means? If not, how do I send
an error report, as I can't seem to do this either?

It looks like your Musicmatch Jukebox MP3 player is in
conflict with Windows Media Player. Musicmatch does not
have a file named "audiophile.exe". Suggest you make one
or the other as your default player and that may resolve
your problem.
Start/MyComputer/rightclick your CD-ROM drive
(probably "D"), click Properties then Autoplay tab. Set
to your preference. Click Apply and OK.
