MusicMatch Plus 10 startup error message

When I try to start MuscMatch Plus on XP SP2 Home PC I get the following
message "A MusicMatch component has encountered a problem and needs to
close.We are sorry for the inconvience."Any ideas how to correct.I have tried
install/uninstall to no avail.

I entered the error message verbatim,and everthing that came up was not even
close,first message listed is abount Windows Media Plugin with a 76%
relevance?

Hate to say this, but they rarely do provide relevant answers. :\

Since you paid for the "Plus" subscription, you should be able to get an
e-mail response about your problems. Try this:
