MusicMatch Jukebox Hang Ups

I get many Application Hangup errors when using MusicMatch
Jukebox features. Is there a compatibility issue or
issues between MusicMatch software and Windows XP
Professional? Any insight would be appreciated.
 
I have used every MusicMatch program that has come out and never had that
problem and I use xp home. Have you uninstalled and tried again..? Might
have to clean the reg of "music match".
