Musicmatch Jukebox Burner not redognizing cd

I have had so much trouble with Musicmatch and can't get their tech support
to return my emails, I'm hoping somebody here can help me. When I try to
burn a cd thru mmjb burner I get the error message "no disk found". My cd
drive shows up in windows explorer as "DVD/CD-RW Drive" with no disk in it.
It changes to "CD Drive" when I insert a disk. But I can still copy files to
the disk. I just can't get mmjb to burn disks. Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
Click the My Computer icon on your desktop. Rightclick your CD/DVD drive
and click Properties. Click the Recording tab. Now place a check mark in
"Enable CD Recording on this Device", click Apply and OK.
