Musicmatch IPOD plug in problem

Installed latest version of MM tried to sync with Ipod2.
MM won't let me install latest plugin because there is
already a previous version. I can't remove the plugin
with add/remove wizard. Gives me a 1638 error due to not
being able to locate previous version. I have tried
downloading MM again. Still have same problem. Haven't
been able to get a response from their tech-support. Any
help would be great.

How is your Ipod2 connected to your PC? According to a
Google Search of the Internet:
Hook it up to a USB 2.0 port instead. I believe that you
can only connect iPods to PCs using USB.
Hope this will help you. You can do additional searches
for more info or wait for tech support.
