I upgraded to jukebox 10 frrom 9 and when I try to burn a CD I receive a
message cannot locate CD/DVD Drivers. Everything worked fine before the
upgrade. I have contacted tech support and still waiting.

Click My Computer icon on desktop and look under Devices with Removable
Storage to see if the CD/DVD is listed. If not, it needs to be reinstalled,
if
it is listed, rightclick it and click Properties>Recording tab. Then check
the
block "Enable recording on this device". Click Apply and OK.
Note: To reinstall it you'll probably need your utility disks that came with
your PC when you purchased it. If you have no disks, you'll have to access
the manufacturers website and download the drivers (they are free).

I upgraded also and now the program does not come on when I click the icon
on my desktop. it comes on and immedialy goes off. i have received a
"canned" response from Musicmatch help which is as follows
The error you are receiving indicates that Musicmatch Jukebox is not able to
determine the location of the executable file that launches your web browser.
To clear this issue up, you will need to reset Internet Explorer as your
default browser. Please do the following:

- Open Windows Explorer.
- Go to "View -> Folder Options".
- Click the "File Types" tab.
- Select the "URL: HyperText Transfer Protocol" entry.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Select "open" under "Actions".
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Click the "Browse" button.
- Navigate to the folder containing the "iexplore.exe" file and select it.
(Note that you may need to add " -nohome", without the quotes, to the end of
the "Application used to perform action" line.)

Could someone please tell me how to access this WINDOWS EXPLORER that is
refered to here. I am not a computer wizard and they assume that i must have
built the thing. i run programs and do not know the workings behind all
this....

Please help
