Music and powerpoint. I have read everything but don't quite get it. The
presentation is done but will not play on anyone else's machine. It is a 3
slide pp and I can attach either a windows media music file or an mp3. I
have done that and it plays. I read where you need to put them both in a
folder. So I created a folder in My Documents. However, I don't know how to
email it now. I tried doing a copy and it won't work with Roadrunner. I
tried doing an attachment and it won't take because it opens the folder and
wants me to pick each one separately. Is there anyone that can give me a
step by step on this?

Austin,

I downloaded it. Now it says to use off of the PowerPoint main menu. Where
on the main menu is it located because I don't see it?

I found it on the Tool bar. I clicked on it and it suggested saving the pp
show to a zip file on the Desktop which I did. Then I tried to email it to
another computer. All went well, but the music will still not play. What
did I do wrong?

Barb,

On the other computer - did someone save the attachment ?
Did they 'unzip' the attachment (extract the files)
If the files are not unzipped then powerpoint will not find the music file.

cheers

The other computer is here with me. When you unzip the file, there the
PFCExpress box. The first line shows Folder, the second line shows the music
file, the third line shows the PP show. Does this mean that they need to
open each individual file (not the folder) to make it work? If that is the
case, first the music comes on and then I need to go back and open the actual
pp show. Is this correct or am I still doing something wrong?
