I want to listen to stream music.
The message I get is
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

actively refused it" For the most part it the target machine (or server) is
refusing your connection to it their is little you can do but try again
later. The only other thing that might be causing it is your firewall
blocking the traffic from getting to the machine. This is one of those
error's that you should inform the site admin or owner about.
