Or if you have audio editor such as Audacity which can be downloaded free at
audacity.sourceforge.net, you can combine the three tracks, export it as a
wav file, and then embed it into PowerPoint. Distribution-wise, it reduces
the chance of broken links.

Or as an alternative to keep it simple, use a sound editor (Audacity is free
and does a great job) to combine the tracks into a single file and insert
it.
