Music soundtrack

I've received a .ppt presentation that includes a
soundtrack, but I can't get the soundtrack to play. Any
suggestions?

Is the soundtrack embedded in the PPT presentation, or did it come
separately?

If it's separate, try putting both the PPT file and the music file in
the same folder. Does that help?

If not, please tell us more about how you received the files (email, CD,
etc.), if the music is separate from the PPT file, and what kind of
music file it is (WAV, MP3, etc.)

Oh, you do have your speakers turned on, right? (Just gotta check the
simple stuff!)

I presume the soundtrack is on the CD? Else, how did you get it? Email? What
file format is the soundtrack? See, the sound track may have got lost, or
else your computer may be mucking up.
