Everytime i hear the instrumental in Rush`s Earthshine it sends shivers down my spine...what music or songs do that to you peeps....I`m sure it would bring me out of a coma :)
 
Up Where We Belong from An Officer & A Gentleman.:thumb:
The way it's sung more than it being in the film.
 
Too many to mention really.

The Kinks' Waterloo Sunset always gives me a tingle.

Neil Young's Like A Hurricane lifts me.

Large chunks of Pink Floyd's The Division Bell get me dreamy.

And Smokey Robinson's I Second That Emotion always makes me feel good.

Oh, Third World's 96 degrees in the Shade album.

There ya go, that's just off the top of me head.
