Music on web

Is there an easy way to put music onto my web site...the entire site with
the same music? It's quite a large site and is still growing. Personally, I
don't like music on a site, but my client would like it.
 
The only way to add the same music to all pages is to create the site in frames and insert the music in a frame the does not change

Thanks for your response.
Hmmmm...sounds like a lot of work. I think maybe the home page will be the
only one with music ;)
