Music on Photo story 2 HELP

OK here goes i just bought plus photo story 2 and it worked great untill
now when i start to PLAY my story it says QUOTE ... A device attached to
the system is not
functioning , WHY WHY WHY .
THE SAME STORY WILL PLAY ON OTHER PLAYS ON MY COMPUTER.
BUT NOT THIS ONE
HELP ME PLEASE

What is the exact error and how exactly
were you trying to play the PhotoStory?

Did you save the PhotoStory in the .wmv
format?

Will it play in Windows Media Player?
