Music files

When I try to right click on a music file, I get a message that says: Window Explorer has encounted a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I can right click on any other file and get the delete/rename window, but not a music file. What could be the fix to my problem? This has been happening for about the last two (2) months. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
 
What software did u have? It could be that you don't have
the correct program. Download real player or windows
media player.
