Music File Won't Work Properly

i wanna add a song to my media player library but it isn't a media file how do i change it to a media file.
 
You'll probably need a converter, but you DIDN'T state what format the music fil
you want to play is. Media Player plays MP3s and WMA (Windows Media Audio)
Your song must be some other format, such as CDA, etc. Repost with more inf
for someone to assist you.
