music downloads

I have tried and failed to download music (tesco extra site). When saving to
"my music file" the download is 99% complete when i get an error message
saying "cannot read from source file or disc" I am new to computers and
internet so "simple help" would be appreciated!

Contact Tesco for help with their service. It sounds like you are
getting corrupted downloads, but there really is no way to tell from
your post. Can you download other things? How do you connect to the
Internet (method/ISP)?
