Music Club Endorsement

I have been searching for a "club" to use for downloading music.
I have come across 1 named " MusicETC " which seems stable with reasonable
rates.
They have a "basic fee" and no charge for each download.
I would like to ask the users here if they have ever used / heard of this
club .
Any positive or negative feedback appreciated.
Any club that others use and best bargain and satisfaction with ?

Good price, fair charge on each song ...
ONLY drawback is it limits me to 2,000,000 each month, but I guess I can
try to squeeze that in ....lol
