I just burn one file with vista's burner (using live file system) then
ejected disc from drive and session was closed. And now I cant append files
to disc, vista suggest to format disc and to loose the previous session
instead. I make a test and allow to format and burn next file - there are
another session appears on the disc, bur previous lost. In Nero's disc info
dialog I see both session but files from first is unaccessible. So question
is how to append files in the Vista without loosing previous sessions (using
UDF)?

Right click the drive in My Computer> Properties> Recording tab

Press Global Settings and untick the box to force closure of discs for
compatibility reasons.

Use Isobuster to access any data from inaccessible sessions if you need to
do that.
