Multiple worksheets on one file

I want to consolidate a weekly report into the same spreadsheet. I want users to be able to select a week, say from a drop down menu, and that particular weeks report should load up

How do I do this and how do I add next weeks report to the file?

why not use one large Excel sheet and Autofilter to filter only the
relevant rows?
