Multiple windows.

A few days ago I lost the ablility to click on my task
bar and pick what window in IE I wanted open. I just hit
cascade and they popped up. Since then I have been Unable
to open more then one IE window at at time. If I redirect
to another address, or open a new window the first one
closes and the new one opens. I can not find where to
allow myself to have more then one window open in IE. Can
anyone tell me. I have tryed Tools, Internet options. But
can not find anything in it relating to the opening of
more then one IE window.
