I have a lot of identical computers that I would like to
install Windows XP and others packages (i.e. VS, Office).
Is it possible to multiple install those software on those
computers in such the way that I don't have to install on
each machine? Or is there someway so that I don't waste my
time?

Yes, but you will need 3rd party software such as Norton Ghost or
PowerQuest Drive Image.
You install Windows and any software on one computer, run a utility called
sysprep to get rid of any unique information (e.g. IP address on local
network), and use one of the two mentioned programs to copy the hard drive
to an image on a CD with the software to copy the image onto another
computer.
