Multiple VPN connections from 1 IP

Hi,

I have 10 clients who are connected to a switch, that is
in turn connected to a DSL router. I would like them to
all be able to use the VPN connection I have set up on
their Win2K workstations. Problem is, only one person can
connect to the VPN at one time. I'm assuming this is
because the RAS server can only service requests from one
unique IP at any given time. Is there a way to set this up
so that all clients behind the DSL router can access the
VPN ??
