Multiple users

I have an office that has a DSL connection to the internet, a Linksys router and a single domain. I have 2 users that need to connect to their PC's from home. If I forward 3389 to one user how does the other user connect? Are there any other ports that I can use? Any other ways to do this? Thanks in advance for the help.
